What We Did
Marwa Maher Group partnered with Al-Hadath to support and enhance several critical operational and strategic areas:

Managed and optimized the channel’s internal workflows, improving operational efficiency and coordination between departments.

Developed tailored expansion strategies to grow the channel’s presence both within Egypt and in regional markets.

Introduced risk management protocols to ensure the channel’s preparedness for emergencies, preserving continuity in broadcasting and public trust.

In addition, MMG handled the full marketing and sponsorship strategy for the business program “Businessman,” securing key sponsors and promoting the show’s visibility.
We also participated in presenting and producing content for the program “Souq Masr” (“Egypt’s Market”), contributing to its structure and media delivery.
